New Tapes by Father Pat Collins Father Pat visited us last year and led 2 gatherings for us. The first was an advent retreat for priest and deacons entitled “The Mysteries of Light”. In this series of five talks Father Pat shares, that by reflection on these mysteries of the rosary we can be helped to understand how the Father was at work in the human experience of Jesus and how this will help us to experience how God is at work in our own lives. Excellent teaching for anyone in the priesthood or deaconate, or anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of why we have these new decades of the rosary. Talk 1 The Baptism of Jesus The second gathering was for laity and was entitled, “finding freedom and strength through Scripture and Prayer”. This proved to be a very powerful and freeing weekend.
